Tim Reeves

Before becoming involved in business consultancy Tim was the Deputy Director General and Chief Operating Officer of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. Tim was responsible for the global operations of this highly respected international organisation and has extensive operational and corporate experience including strategic planning and corporate governance.

He has worked at senior government, diplomatic and military levels overseas and in the UK and successfully led and delivered the Commission’s operations in some very challenging circumstances and environments. He has run operational programmes across much of Europe, the Middle East, including Iraq and in Asia and Africa.

Tim also has a background in financial planning and human resources and has worked at a strategic level with educational bodies and professionals to develop skills and competencies programmes across multiple disciplines. He has substantial experience of partnership working in international and multicultural environments.

Tim has a degree in International Relations and qualifications in business studies and human resources and has attended the Henley Management College open executive programme. Tim has worked and lived in Egypt and in France and strives to sustain his Arabic and French language skills.
